Chicago International Film Festival 
Chicagoans and film festival enthusiasts, I need your help.
The 47th Chicago International Film Festival starts next week, and this year I’m determined to make it to some screenings.
In years past, I’ve looked over the festival’s schedule and been overwhelmed by its unfamiliar film titles and actors’ names. That just happened to me again, when I looked at this year’s options, which is why I’m hoping you all might have some insight you’d like to share.
My friend Julie helped me already by explaining how she goes about it, browsing through categories and setting up an account that lets you make your own schedule to keep yourself organized. I’m going to try this out, for sure, but I’m still open to more specific suggestions.
